Shipping Policy

Every order ships free within the United States — no minimum, no code.

Processing Time

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your label is created.

Delivery Time

• Midwest: 2–3 business days
• East Coast: 3–5 business days
• West Coast: 4–5 business days
• Alaska & Hawaii: 5–8 business days

Shipping Region

We ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.

Taxes

There is no sales tax on your order. Retro Sneakers covers all applicable sales tax — the price you see is the price you pay.

Tracking & Issues

Every shipment includes end-to-end tracking. If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your package shows delivered but has not arrived, email support@retrosneakers.shop within 48 hours and we will trace it or reship.

Packaging

Shoes ship in their original boxes, protected in recyclable outer packaging sized to minimize waste.
